Greetings from The Priory, Shrewsbury, Christmas 1916

Previous "Surprise Pages" have focused on some of Tor's drawings and a letter about press attention.
This
time there is a Christmas Greetings card drawn in 1916 by Marga for her mother
to send. It shows what various members of her remarkable family were doing
in the midst of the First World War.
(with thanks to Crispin Rope and his mother Doreen, family
of Michael Rope)
The six children of Agnes Maud are depicted around her, starting at top left and using their names within the family:
Harry: a Catholic Priest, he had just published his first book
Den: a doctor with the army
Michael: with the Royal Naval Air Service
Irene: Red Cross ambulance driver in Serbia
Mon: Sister of Charity, working in the East End of London
Marga: stained glass artist, working from home and presumably helping her mother
